Statute - Rules and Regulations

approved in Fürstenfeld (Austria) on 2003, November 14th


Article 1: Name, Seat, Scope of Operation

  1. The federation shall be called Alpe-Adria Karate-Federation and will be referred to as AAKF in short hereinafter.
  2. The AAKF is based at Fürstenfeld, it operates in all Alpe-Adria regions and can accept other regions interested in co-operation as guests.
  3. As far as the specific karate-related regulations are concerned the AAKF is based on the regulations of the European Karate Federation (EKF) and of the World Karate Federation (WKF).
  4. All references hereinafter made to persons are meant to apply equally to both sexes.
